Return Policy:

We appreciate your business and we hope you are enjoying the product. However, if you tried the product(s), but saw no difference, we will happily assist you. There are certain guidelines to our generous return policy. We have listed the guidelines here for your reference.

1. We offer a thirty (30) day return and refund policy on your initial order. You must request a return within thirty (30) days of your order date. The return must be postmarked before the 30-day period expires.We will not issue refunds or discounts after the 30-day period.

2. You must cancel your Automatic Shipments within 15-days of your initial order date or before your first automatic shipment processes. There are NO returns for automatically shipped products. However, if you no longer wish to automatically receive the product, you may cancel your future automatic shipments at any time. Again, there are NO RETURNS for processed automatic shipments.

3.You must contact our customer service department by phone or email for a Return Authorization Number. We will issue you a number and the number will be necessary to complete the return and refund process. Failure to do so may cause your refund not to process. You are responsible for making sure the appropriate information is located on your return.

4. If you ordered multiple jars of a single product or multiple products, to receive all due refunds, you must send all the items with your return. We will accept one jar of each product in a used state; however, the additional jars must remain sealed and untampered. Orders totaling over $99.90 will occur a $15.00 restocking fee.

5. On receipt of the RA number, please package your return(s) and write the return authorization number clearly on return label, which needs to be adhered to your shipping container. Again, please make sure to include all the products for which you wish to receive a refund. Partial returns will only receive partial refunds, so make sure that everything is in your shipping container.

6. Please, ship the package to AloeVella Product Returns, 87 Taft Avenue, Newburgh New York, 12550 or the address is located on your return label. You are responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS to return the items.

7. If you paid by credit card, per credit card processing regulations, we will issue your refund back to the same card used to place the order. Your refund may not appear for at least two billing cycles on your statement, as it may take up to 30-days to process your refund. If you paid by check, we will issue a paper check and mail the refund check to the address we have on file.

8. ALL Shipping and Handling is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event, you received “Free Shipping”; we will charge you the cost of the initial shipping and handling amount. If your return arrives with insufficient postage, we will charge you the cost of the postage due and a $15.00 service fee.

9. If you refuse the product(s) during delivery without first receiving a Return Authorization, we will charge you for the postage and handling and a $15.00 service fee. During delivery, if an order is lost or stolen, we will assist with a refund, once you send us proof of a filed claim with the shipping company. It is your responsibility to report lost or stolen items to the shipping company.

10. We will emphatically not accept any returns over the 30-day return period. We will charge you for the cost to send them back you.

11. If you fail to include your customer name, address, RA number, you will not receive a refund.
